Shipping Policy

At Saw Designs, we take great care in crafting and shipping your custom orders. Please review our shipping policy below to understand the details of our process.

Processing Times:

Custom Orders: Each custom order is unique and requires specific processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

 

Please note that processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current workload.

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Weekends and Holidays: Our shipping and processing operations are conducted during business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed or completed over weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Bad Weather Delays: Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather conditions. While we strive to meet all our delivery estimates, safety and weather conditions may cause unavoidable delays.

  • Holiday Shipping: During peak holiday seasons, shipping may take longer due to the increased demand on shipping carriers. We recommend placing your order well in advance during these periods.

 

Liability

Lost, Damaged, or stolen Packages:

 

  • Saw Designs is not responsible for any products lost or stolen during transit. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. 

  • Some of our products are fragile such as, but not limited to, glass tumblers and ceramic mugs. If any of these products are broken when received, contact us and provide photo proof for a refund or replacement.
